INFORMATION FOR GOODS/SERVICES SUPPLIER

Pursuant  to art. 13 clauses 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on protection of natural persons in connection with personal data processing and on free transfer of such data, revoking the regulation 95/46/WE (J, of Law  UE.  2016  No. 119, p. 1), henceforth referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you as follows:

1. The Administrator of your personal information is the company Sünkel c.u.e. Sp z o.o., domiciled at: 66-304 Brójce, ul. Świebodzińska 50, recorded under the number KRS 0000126944 in Companies Register held by the District Court of Law in Zielona Góra, VIII Commercial Division, TIN 596-13-41-360, ph.: 95 742 98 30, e-mail: suenkel@suenkel-cue.com.

2. The Administrator processes your personal information in order to:

a) as required to complete goods/services sale transactions,

b) to comply with obligations resulting from the law,

c) to determine, pursue or defend against claims.

3. The Administrator processes your personal information pursuant to:

a) Art. 6 cl. 1 letter ‘b’ and ‘c’ of GDPR,

b) relevant tax regulations.

4. The Recipients of your personal information are:

a) individuals authorized in writing by the Administrator to process personal information of suppliers of goods/services,

b) entities which entered into an agreement with the Administrator to process personal information as well as individuals authorized in writing by such entities to process personal information,

c) entities authorized by virtue of the regulations of law.

5. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal information to any third country or international organization.

6. Your personal information will be stored for a period of 5 years, commencing as of the end of the calendar year following the year of the last purchase of goods/services or the last settlement of any such purchase, whichever occurred later.

Personal information may be stored in excess of the aforementioned periods if so required by the law or as far as it is indispensable for determination, pursuing or defending against claims in connection with a goods/services purchase transaction.

7. You have the following rights:

a) the right to access your data and to receive a copy thereof (Art. 15 GDPR), whereby only the first copy of processed data is transferred free of charge, for each subsequent copy the Administrator may charge a fee;

b) the right to rectify your personal information, including supplementation thereof (Art. 16 GDPR);

c) the right to remove your personal information, so called “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17 GDPR), if the Administrator does not have any legal basis to process the information;

d) the right to restrict processing of personal information (Art. 18 GDPR), to the extent the Administrator processes personal information without a legal basis;

e) the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

8. Providing personal information is voluntary, nevertheless a refusal to provide such information prevents conclusion and completion of an agreement pursuant to which goods/services are purchased.

9. Your personal information will not constitute a basis for automatic decisions and will not be profiled.

b)  Art. 6 cl. 1 letter ‘b’ of GDPR and art. 221 § 1 of the law of 26th June 1974  Labour Code.

4. The Recipients of your personal information are:

a) individuals authorized in writing by the Administrator to process personal information of Job Applicants,

b) entities which entered into an agreement with the Administrator to process personal information as well as individuals authorized in writing by such entities to process personal information,

5. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal information to any third country or international organization.

6. Your personal information will be stored until recruitment for a given position is completed.

7. You have the following rights:

a) the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal information (Art. 7 cl. 3 GDPR) whereas such a withdrawal of consent does not affect compliance with the law related to data processing performed pursuant to a consent before the latter was withdrawn;

b) the right to access your data and to receive a copy thereof (Art. 15 GDPR);

c) the right to rectify your personal information, including supplementation thereof (Art. 16 GDPR);

d) the right to remove your personal information, so called “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17 GDPR);

e) the right to restrict processing of personal information (Art. 18 GDPR);
